  • The TERiX Ticketing System-- a web-based, password-protected service database for opening, reviewing and reporting service events.

Bernd Appleby
Founder, Managing Partner, CEO

Prior to his founding TERiX, Appleby served as Director in Product and Manufacturing disciplines for firms like Pyramid Technologies, Axil Workstations, Hyundai Electronics, including more than a decade as a Production Manager in manufacturing divisions at Hewlett Packard (NYSE: HPQ).  Appleby serves as a Board Member on the Services Industry Association (SIA) Board of Directors.    More Info>>>

James A. Olding
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Executive Vice President

Before TERiX, Olding served as VP of Sales and Marketing and was a corporate officer at Pinnacle Data Systems (AMEX: PNS), a global provider of embedded computing products, during its Initial Public Offering (IPO).  Olding also served in key Business Development positions at Norstan, and earlier in his career held similar posts at Hamilton Avnet, a channel partner of Digital Equipment Corp., who was later acquired by Compaq.  More info>>>

Lawrence Quinn
Director, Sales-Marketing-Contracts

With more than twenty years in the information technology industry, Quinn joined TERiX in 2005 as a Director managing TERiX sales, marketing, and contracts efforts on a worldwide basis.  Prior to TERiX, Quinn served as Director of Terra Firma Consulting, Inc., and also held senior management roles at software giant - SAP America (NYSE: SAP), and systems integrator - Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS).  More info>>>
