Bernd Appleby

He was Director of Operations for nine years at Pyramid Technology, a manufacturer of high performance UNIX computers and was also Director of Manufacturing at Axil Workstations, a division of Hyundai Electronics, manufacturing workstations based upon Sun’s SPARC technology.

Appleby spent 10 years at Hewlett Packard where he was Production Manager at the computer manufacturing divisions.

He is currently a Board Member at the Services Industry Association (SIA) Board of Directors. SIA is a non-profit association of enterprises involved in the support of high-technology products in the marketplace, represented by their 

top level executives, whose role is to promote the best possible range of alternatives & choices of services for those products, and support of the customers who use them. 

From 2005 to 2007, he was a Board Member of Association of Service and Computer Dealers International, which is an international non-profit industry trade organization comprised of 300 independent hardware and service companies.
